SHIPPING AND HANDLING
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders that amount to PKR 1,000 or above.
- Once you place an order, you will receive a verification email to confirm the order accuracy.
- When your order placement will be confirmed, it will be directed to our warehouse for shipment.
- Kindly note, payments with credit cards can take up to 3 business days for processing, depending on how accurately you provide the information.
- If the product (s) of a “Cash on Delivery” order is out of stock, only the in-stock products will be shipped, and if the product (s) of a “Credit Card” order is not in stock, we will take the customer’s advice for replacing the product (s).
- In case there is a delay in your shipment given any reason, our team will inform you via email or phone.
- Ideally, our courier services will deliver your order within 2-4 business days. Kindly do not accept any shipment which is in a flyer other than Forhan’s
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Please guarantee that the product you are returning has its original receipt/invoice along with it and is in the original condition.
- Exchanges are only applicable to products which are defected or were wrongly delivered.
- Reach out to us with the details of the product at forhans@super.net.pk or give us a call at +923231136568 (Monday to Sunday 09:00 am to 07:00 pm) within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Please make sure that the product is not used. Once our team reviews the product, you’ll be offered an exchange for an equal amount.
You need to take good care of the products that you will be returning and store them appropriately unless they were already defective and misdescribed on our website. Other than that, you will be responsible to return products in their original packaging, and if the damage is done on your part, we might ask you to return products at your cost.
REFUND POLICY
- Refund Policy If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products we have delivered, you can get a cash refund.
- To return your products, give us a call at +923231136568 (Monday to Sunday 09:00 am to 07:00 pm) between 3 days of receiving the order and we will collect it from the mentioned address.
- The products need to be in their original saleable condition, along with their original invoice.
- To get a refund, please fill out the form outlining the product which you are unhappy with, and why, along with mentioning your order number. Our customer care team will get back to you and process your refund within 24 hours of your refund request.
- In case you are not satisfied with a lot of products we have delivered, our customer care team might request you to visit our store with the products or arrange a resource to collect the products before processing your refund.
- Customers receive a complete refund of the amount they paid for the product, including the delivery charges.
- The refund will be processed within 14 working days from once we get the products back or 14 working days from when the customer first gave evidence of the products being sent back; whichever is earlier.
- The refund will be processed with the same method which the customer used to pay for the order.
This refunding option is not applicable in case of:
Products that are not re-saleable because of hygienic reasons once packed (for example – personal grooming products), except if the delivered product was expired and is still sealed.
