Exchanges are only applicable to products which are defected or were wrongly delivered. Please make sure that the product is not used. To return your products, give us a call at +92-21-32311365-68 (Monday to Sunday 09:00 am to 07:00 pm) between 3 days of receiving the order and we will collect it from the mentioned address.
The products need to be in their original saleable condition, along with their original invoice.
To get a refund, please fill out the form outlining the product which you are unhappy with, and why, along with mentioning your order number. Our customer care team will get back to you and process your refund within 24 hours of your refund request.
In case you are not satisfied with a lot of products we have delivered, our customer care team might request you to visit our store with the products or arrange a resource to collect the products before processing your refund.
Customers receive a complete refund of the amount they paid for the product, including the delivery charges. The refund will be processed within 14 working days from once we get the products back or 14 working days from when the customer first gave evidence of the products being sent back; whichever is earlier.
